4.2 Independent Contractors

• Handymen and providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Twixza
• Twixza is not liable for any tax withholding, unemployment insurance, social security, or payroll taxes

4.3 No Guarantee of Performance

Twixza does not guarantee:

• The skills or qualifications of any handyman
• The quality of work performed
• The outcome of any service
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services

4.4 Information "AS IS"

All information on the Services is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of performance
• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission
• Use the Services for any purpose other than personal use and advertising
• Recreate or compete with Twixza's Services
• Solicit or harass anyone associated with Twixza
• Upload files containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful software
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, or threaten others
• Post obscene, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content
• Data-mine, data-crawl, or index our websites or mobile apps
• Upload offensive content that promotes bigotry, hatred, racism, exploitation, or physical harm
• Hack, scrape content, infiltrate, commit fraud, or spam

5.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these restrictions may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without notice
• Legal action for damages, including lost revenue, legal fees, and costs
